These include digital x-ray, ultrasound, dental care, surgery, in-house laboratory and pharmacy, as well as life-long preventive care, such as well-pet exams, vaccinations, and microchipping. At FAC, we are dedicated to promoting responsible pet ownership as well as excellent pet health, so we encourage your participation. Our staff is always eager to provide information and answer any questions. If you are new to our clinic, we look forward to meeting you! You can complete our Welcome form (click here to print a copy) which will provide us with important information for you and your pet. Bring it to your appointment along with any vaccination or health records you may have, or send them in advance via mail, fax or email to expedite the check-in process.
