Started in 1968, GateWay Community College is one of the Maricopa Community Colleges in the United States. Based in Phoenix, Ariz., the college offers more than 125 degree, certificate as well as workforce training programs. It offers programs in different areas, including automotive, business, environment, health care, industrial, information technology, liberal arts and nursing. The different areas of study provided by the college include retail management, production technology, hydrologic studies, clinical research coordinating and surgical technology, among others. GateWay Community College holds accreditation with the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.
