The Reformed Episcopal Seminary prepares graduate-level students (enrollment: 30) to lead lay and ordained Christian ministries. Students can work toward a master's in divinity by taking classes and working with the local community and congregations. The seminary was founded in 1887 by the Reformed Episcopal Church. It's tucked down 2nd Street off Skippack Pike and is not visible from the main roads.

New Brunswick Theological Seminary offers theological studies leading to degree and certification programs. The Rabbinical College of America has its campus just outside of Morristown on Sussex Avenue. The college offers undergraduate degrees in religious studies, as well as religious ordination.
Holy Spirit Prepatory School offers a Catholic education, including four years of Latin supplanted by classical Greek. It is located on the Holy Spirit Catholic Church campus. The school also includes a preschool at Holy Spirit and a kindergarten through 6th grade school at 4820 Long Island Drive.
