Since 1999, To The Pointe of Performing Arts has provided a fun environment for children to learn dance from a team of professional instructors. Classes are challenging for all ages and abilities and students can take part in creatively choreographed performances. Classes are available in lyrical, contemporary and pointe dance styles as well as in zumba and creative movement. Tuition, payment plans and costumes are reasonable.
Fall starts the new season at 2nd Story Theatre, both a performing arts theater and an actor's workshop studio that offers intense training and study for the serious actor. The theatre provides a small and intimate setting which makes every seat in the house excellent so don't worry about seatin: it is first come, first served but every seat is great.
It season is comprised of a few different shows, so you're bound to find something interesting all year long. 2nd Story Theatre has wonderful actors and actresses and a great selection of performances each season. Each show includes dinner downstairs, and the meal compliments the performance quite nicely.
During the show, popcorn is provided in little blue pails as well as wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks in its small café for the night show performances.
Bill's Sales supplies and delivers firewood to residential and retail customers, and also sells outdoor furniture and other wood products. Bill's has been in business in Portsmouth since 1975 and builds its storage sheds and children's playsets on the premises. The business also offers gazebos, doghouses and other outdoor furnishings.
