MedTel Services purchased the majority of the assets of Teltronics Inc. on February 17th, 2012, which included all of the technology (including product names and know-how), most of the personnel (many of whom have years of experience with the products and the customer base), as well as the worldwide manufacturing rights to various switching and alarm management products.
