In 1947 Massey Industries began as a small precision grinding company and grew into one of the largest grinding houses in the Southwest during the 1960s. As well as providing precision grinding services, Massey expanded their capabilities to include machining in the 1950s. From these humble beginnings and substantial investments in equipment and people, we have evolved into a multi-level contract grinding and machining company. Today, under a third generation of family ownership, Massey Industries serves a broad range of companies in many different fields. We manufacture tooling, inspection fixtures, and provide precision production grinding and CNC machining for companies in the power generation industry. In the fiber composite industry we manufacture filament winding mandrels up to 35 feet long as well as pultrusion dies. We are proud to manufacture precision components for some of our nations finest military planes and equipment in the aerospace industry.
