Jazzercise offers a variety of classes including the traditional high-energy, dance-oriented Jazzercise class as well as Body Sculpting and Junior Jazzercise. There is also an "Express" class available and childcare is also offered on-site.

Since 2000, Steve Huber has owned the Villari's Martial Arts Center. This studio offers instruction in Shaolin Kempo Karate, a form of self defense that combines Shaolin ("richness"), Kempo ("explosiveness"), and Karate ("power"). Classes are offered from beginner through Black Belt. The studio has been at this location since 1981.
Metrowest Yoga is located in the Mill Building, just off Route 135 (Milk Street) near downtown Westborough. It offers a multitude of yoga classes, and most classes are held in heated studios. In addition to its MYoga series, the studio offers children's classes, Pilates, stress reduction classes, teacher training, private instruction and workshops at the studio as well as off-site. Metrowest Yoga also has an on-site retail store, which is open half an hour before and after each class, and sells many items related to yoga, including clothing, mats and rugs, CDs, books and games for children, as well as unique items from area artisans.
The North Star Youth Forum is a skating rink that offers skating programs for both figure skating students and hockey players. Classes are offered for both novice and experience skaters. In addition, the facility hosts a variety of area youth hockey leagues.

Get In Shape For Women, a women's personal training studio, is located in a small shopping plaza on Route 30 in Westborough. Its unique program is based on personal training of small groups. The affordable rates include training with a small group of up to four women, and include a workout consisting of cardio exercise and weight training, as well as nutrition consulting.
Explorer Post 85 is a member of the Knox Trail Council of the Boy Scouts, sponsored by the Westborough Firefighters Association. Members are involved in fire, emergency service and community outreach activities. Post 85 shows their members how to train for public emergencies such as fire and emergency services. Members are real-life backups to these town service department's. They also hold various events throughout the year, including the popular Ski Swap every December. Members must be 15 years old or have completed the 8th grade.
