Established with the merger of Kennebec Valley and Mid-Maine medical centers, MaineGeneral Medical Center is an acute-care hospital with facilities in both Augusta and Waterville, Maine. The center has nearly 320 acute-care beds and provides emergency care, medical and surgical care, maternal and child health and inpatient and outpatient diagnostic services.
