Community Action Agency of St. Louis County Inc (CAASTLC) is a not-for-profit corporation that has been serving the low-income group of St. Louis County for more than 40 years. CAASTLC aims at eradicating poverty and helping families who are suffering because of poverty. Situated at Saint Louis, Missouri, it offers various programs such as youth at risk program, weatherization assistance program, management programs, prison reentry program, life skills classes, community action, and employment development program.
