Centereach High School promotes a variety of sports programs, such as cross country, football, soccer, cheerleading, hockey, gymnastics, soccer, tennis, volleyball, basketball, bowling, fencing, softball, golf, and track and field. The high school encourages students to participate in a range of clubs and organizations, including an art club, gay-straight alliance, math team and the National Honor Society.
