Las Cruces High School, established in 1954, is a secondary school offering educational instruction to students in grades nine through 12. Located in Las Cruces, N.M., the school has an enrollment of more than 2,000 students. It offers classes in agriculture, food and natural resources, architecture and construction and manufacturing, English and mass media, business and management, government and public administration, health science, information technology, and hospitality and tourism. The school provides various extracurricular activities, such as French club, band, care group, chess club, media productions, National Art Honor Society, orchestra, performing dance and physics club. It also has athletic teams for different sports, including basketball, baseball, cheerleading, cross country, football, soccer, swimming, tennis, softball, volleyball and wrestling. Las Cruces High School is a part of the Las Cruces Public School District.
