Kenai Central High School is a part of the Kenai Peninsula Borough School District, which owns and operates more than 40 schools at elementary, middle and secondary levels. Located in Kenai, Alaska, it offers classes in various subjects, including language arts, math, history, science, sculpture, algebra, geometry, French and Spanish. The school also provides sporting facilities for soccer, football, cross country, swimming, and track and field. Kenai Central High School organizes band concerts and award nights, as well as publishes monthly newsletters. It maintains a student council that promotes several activities, such as dance, homecoming festivities, community service projects, spirit weeks and school improvement projects. In addition, it has clubs for drama, theatre and community services. Kenai Central High School also maintains a media center, library, cafeteria and computer lab.
