SWPS also has Field Supervisors who regularly conduct unannounced site inspections to assure that our guards are performing at a level that is expected both by us and our clients. Our management team is always available to communicate with clients by phone, email, or in person. Customized Service Southwest Protective Services tailors its services to each clients needs. We meet indvidually with each client on site and conduct a security assessment. This assessment, along with input from the client, allows us to develop a security program that best suits the clients needs and budget. In addition, we conduct ongoing threat assessments so we can inform our clients of changes that should be made to the security plan. Southwest Protective Services values our clients opinions. These quality assurance reviews help us provide services that not only meet, but often exceed our clients expectations. Mr. Bernstein has thirty-seven years in the Security and Law Enforcement Field. He served as a Deputy Sheriff for twenty-five years with the San Mateo County Sheriffs Office in California ( SMCSO ). While with SMCSO, Mr. Bernstein received numerous certifications that relate directly to the Security Industry. Mr. Bernsteins knowledge and expertise provide invaluable insight into helping clients address their security needs. In addition to being the owner of Southwest Protective Services, Mr. Bernstein is also one of our Security Consultants and our Senior Training Instructor.
