Program goals of this ministry. Our ministrys main goal is to help children achieve a balanced growth that incorporates the "Whole Child": spiritually, socially, emotionally, physically, and intellectually. It is of the utmost importance to provide an environment of Christian love, trust and security. Each child is encouraged to learn in his or her own creative way through group participation, self-expression, and one-on-one interaction with teachers. It is our desire to be an extension of the home (not a substitute) to reinforce the values and character development that begins at home and are emulated here at Chico Christian Child Care. What this ministry offers: Care for children before and after school for childrens ages ranging from infant (4 weeks) up to 12 years old. Year-round preschool/pre-K classes for 3, 4 and 5 year olds. A two-and-a-half year old and potty training/early learning preschool. A summer program for our big kids (6 years and older) with several field trips. The children love being able to go on the school bus for these field trips. What a great experience! A summer enrichment program for preschool age children. Christ-centered Christmas & preschool graduation performances.
