Greer Middle College is a public charter high school approved through the Greer Middle College Planning Committee and located on the Greenville Technical College’s Greer campus. The school opened in 2008; its campus houses 380 students from grades 9-12. Its curriculum emphasizes technology, careers and rigorous academics in the cultivation of its students for the 21st century workforce.
Brushy Creek Elementary is an educational institution located on Brushy Creek Road, offering a welcoming environment for students to learn and grow. The school offers programs for students in kindergarten through 5th grade and has a wide-ranging curriculum, including math, reading skills, English, science, history, music and much more. The school has numerous programs and extracurricular activities, including the art club, student council, Book Buddies, community outreach, honors chorus and the Safe Kids Safety Patrol, among more. The school offers numerous facilities, including special education rooms, a science lab, technology lab, playground as well as a softball field and track. The school has a local station, on channels 14 and 99, and also offers extended-day programs and a recycling program.
Pleasant View Christian Academy is the educational ministry of Pleasant View Baptist Church. Educating children from pre-K through 12th grade, Pleasant View Christian Academy has forged a reputation for success in numerous extracurricular activities, such as speech, instrumental music and Bible quiz.
Prince of Peace Catholic School educates more than 1500 students a year on its large 23 acre campus. This facility serves children from kindergarten through fifth grade, encouraging growth with smaller class rooms and study groups. This campus has a state of the art gymnasium and is only a 15 minutes drive from Geenville.
