Located in Town Hall, the court hears a variety of cases, including civil, criminal, small claims, landlord/tenant and traffic. Court is in session on Wednesday starting at 10am, and small claims court is held every month on the third Thursday at 7:30pm.

Tuckahoe High School, located on Siwanoy Boulevard, is part of the Tuckahoe Union Free School District.
The school serves about 270 students in grades 9–12. Classes are broken down into eight periods and include the core curriculum, foreign language and AP classes, among others. Seniors can participate in WISE (Wise Individualized Senior Experience), which allows them to participate in an internship in either the third or fourth marking periods.
In addition, students can participate in extracurricular activities such as student government, yearbook, chorus, art club, drama and jazz band. There are a variety of sports, including football, cheerleading, soccer, basketball, bowling and softball.

The school is for students in grades 6–8. Classes are held in eight periods; core classes as well as additional disciplines, such as music, are offered. After-school help days are available for all grade levels.
Students can participate in various clubs and activities, as well as sports such as soccer, tennis, football and volleyball.

The Waverly School, part of Eastchester's Union Free School District, is a full-day kindergarten and first grade. Its curriculum aligned with New York state standards, the school has an average class size of 20 to 23 students. Academic highlights include a balanced literary program, a hands-on science program, ThinkMath, social studies, as well as art, music, library and physical education.
Located on Siwanoy Boulevard, William E. Cottle Elementary School is part of the Tuckahoe Union Free School District.
The school caters to about 500 students in grades K through 5, including full-day kindergarten. The school includes Cottle Preschool (part of the Tuckahoe Union-Free School District), which is located at Immaculate Conception School on Winter Hill Road in Tuckahoe. It runs from 12:15 to 2:45.
Elementary students take core classes, in addition to art, band, music and gym. They can also participate in a variety of activities and events, such as concerts and book fairs.

Located on Stewart Place, Eastchester High School is part of the Eastchester Union Free School District.
The school serves more than 750 students in grades 9–12. There are nine class periods, and students are offered honors and AP classes as well as creative writing, psychology, philosophy, film and video production, and journalism, among others. There is also a senior internship program and exchanges with three European countries.
In addition to classes, students can participate in after-school activities such as band, yearbook, math team, photography club, drama, newspaper, yearbook, student government and Habitat for Humantiy. Students can also take part in sports including cheerleading, football, lacrosse, soccer and volleyball.

The school is for students in grades 6 through 8, and classes are held in nine periods. In addition to the core curriculum, various other classes are offered, including honors math in 7th grade and the earth science and math regents in 8th grade. Foreign language is taken in 7th and 8th grade; music and art classes are also offered.
