Douglas G. Grafflin Elementary School is one of the three elementary schools in the Chappaqua Central School District. Robert E. Bell Middle School is located in the heart of downtown Chappaqua and is close to many local services. It is the older of two middle schools in the Chappaqua Central School District and is a strong school academically, with students scoring in the 80 and 90 percent range on state assessment tests in English Language Arts, Mathematics and Science from grades 5 to 8. Students in 7th and 8th grade are eligible to play modified sports on teams such as football, lacrosse and wrestling.

Westorchard Elementary School is one of three in the Chappaqua Central School District. It is a top school academically, with scores in the 90 percent range for state assessments in 2007-08 for 3rd and 4th graders scoring above a 3 or 4, as well as a perfect score for the 4th grade science assessment. Programs for assisting adjusting students range from Occupational Therapy, to English as a Second Language (ESL), to standard Special Education. Other programs range from Art, to Music, to Reading.

The Village Nursery School is sponsored by The Lutheran Church of Our Redeemer. It encourages a mix of freedom of expression and traditional values. Among the school's values, it also promotes children playing with others, learning to be creative and becoming independent and self-confident. 

The school has morning sessions that runs from 9:15am to 11:45am. Afternoon sessions are from 12:30pm to 3pm and from 12:30pm to 2:30pm for 2-year olds. The number of days the children spend at the school depends on the age, with the 2-year olds spending two morning or afternoon sessions per week, while 3 and 4-year olds can spend 3 to 5 morning or afternoon sessions per week.
