Antico Academy has provided before and after school programs for grade school children in Tinley Park since 1994. Programs and separate outdoor play spaces are available for children in different age brackets. Transportation is available to and from the center for area schools.
Cardinal Joseph Bernardin Catholic School provides secular and religious education to students from kindergarten through grade 8. The school is sponsored by four parishes: St. Francis of Assisi, St. Elizabeth Seton, St. Julie Billiart and St. Stephen, Deacon & Martyr. The school opened in 2000 with 385 students and now has more than 750. Mary Iannucili serves as principal.
This ASCI-accredited private school offers classes and supervision in three different kindergarten years (3-5 years old), up to 8th grade. A ministry of the Christian Hills Church, this school carries on the Pentecostal beliefs in the form of education and extra curricular activities.
Along with academics, the school features robust sports programs, such as volleyball, basketball and soccer, as well as arts efforts in speech, choir and theater. The school offers extended care hours before and after classes to help busy parents.

Grissom Middle School is one of Kirby School District 140's two middle schools for sixth through eighth graders. The school is a member of the Southwest Interscholastic Conference and offers a full contingent of intramural and extramural clubs, teams and activities.
One of three schools in Consolidated High School District 230, Victor J. Andrew High School has more than 2,500 students from Tinley Park, Orland Park and Orland Hills. Robert Nolting is the principal. The Thunderbolts (or T-Bolts for short) offer a wide range of classes, sports, clubs and activities.
The school's overall performance on state tests is below the state average, although its performance on the Prairie State Achievement Examination is habitually above state average.
