Founded in 1914, Mariposa County High School is a part of the Mariposa County Unified School District. The school enrolls more than 700 students in grades nine through 12. The student-teacher ratio of the school is 15-to-1. The school s curriculum includes classes in art, agriculture, English, math, science, social studies, business and foreign languages. The school offers instrumental music through a variety of musical productions such as marching band, pep band and concert band. The school also provides classes in physical and special education. The various sports offered by the school are football, track, baseball, softball, hockey, tennis, soccer, basketball, cheerleading and tennis. Mariposa County High School is located in Mariposa, Calif.
