Granville Central School District operates two elementary schools and a junior-senior high school. Located in Granville, N.Y., the public schools offer educational and extracurricular programs to students in grades kindergarten through 12. The school district has an enrollment of more than 1,450 students and offers subjects, such as language arts, mathematics, social studies, science, computer studies, U.S. history, business, technology, music, art, and health and physical education. The schools also offer students participation in a variety of athletic activities, including football, hockey, track, cheerleading, baseball, wrestling, basketball, cross country, golf, swimming, inline hockey, lacrosse, equestrian, bowling, soccer, softball, skiing and tennis.
