Established in 1925, Bigfork School provides an academic and social education, through various courses to more than 250 students in pre-kindergarten through grade 12. Its academic curriculum includes English, language arts, math, science, social studies and physical education. The school also provides instruction in computer applications, music, industrial arts, library sciences, and health and physical education in higher grades. Bigfork School has a library and media center that provides access to online research articles, newspapers and encyclopedias, as well as photographs, pictures, charts, maps and reference materials. It has a staff of regular classroom teachers, learning specialists and instructional assistants. The school offers various activities, including tutoring sessions, field trips and cultural programs. It is a part of Independent School District 318 and is located in Bigfork, Minn.
