Rough Rock Elementary School is a bilingual and bicultural institute that serves Navajo students in kindergarten through grade five. The school s academic curriculum includes a selection of subjects, such as reading and math. It also administers an accelerated reader program. Rough Rock Elementary School offers instruction in Din Studies, art and physical education. In addition, the school s campus features a library, gymnasium and computer laboratory. It is one of the educational facilities managed by Rough Rock Community School, which serves students in kindergarten through grade 12, as well as governs middle and high schools. Rough Rock Community School administers the Navajo Immersion program.
