Kempenaar's Clambake Club specializes in private clambakes and is located off a quaint gravel path on Valley Road. At the end of the path, one is greeted by an idyllic private venue, complete with covered picnic area, volleyball nets and plenty of lounging space. Kempenaar's offers many styles of clambakes and its prices vary. Every July and Septemeber, it has a public clambake that features an all-you-can-eat menu for a reasonable price.

This local breakfast and lunch hotspot has been serving up everything from waffles to fish and chips since 1989. Though E & J closes up by 2pm Saturday through Thursday, the restaurant stays open until 8pm on Fridays to serve seafood dinners. (Friday nights are also B.Y.O.B.)
North Kingstown House of Pizza has been a staple in North Kingstown for the past 22 years. Its menu ranges from pizza and calzones to burgers and salads. It also offers NY System hot weiners as well as fish and chips on Fridays. The staff is friendly and welcoming. There is also a big-screen television. You can get take-out as well as delivery. Or if you want to eat-in, the dining area has 6 booths and 2 high-top tables and is bright and cheery.
The Grape Room is located on East Main Road and is open for dinner only, starting at 5:00pm. It has excellent daily drink specials including $2.00 draughts and $5.00 martinis. It has an expansive menu of burgers, seafood, sandwiches and pizza as well as a kid's menu. The full menu is also posted on its Web site. The Grape Room has about 25 tables in a large, spacious room and is extremely group-friendly.
