Established in 1988, Avoyelles High School is located in Moreauville, La. Its curriculum includes English, math, social studies, science, physical education, vocational agriculture, business, fine arts, arts, foreign languages, band practice and alternative education. The school also provides a rewards for success program and various clubs including BETA, 4-H, SADD, FHA, student council, band, prom, interact, the gear up explorers club, governors program on abstinence and year book. The school has various teams including boys basketball, girls basketball, football, baseball, softball, danceline, cheerleading, soccer, tennis and track.
