Proviso West High School offers education to students in grades nine through 12. It is affiliated with the Proviso Township High School District 209 and has an enrollment of more than 2,500 students. The school s curriculum includes applied technology, business education, English, family and consumer science, mathematics, physical education, reading, social studies, science and special education. It provides various sports activities to students, including baseball, basketball, bowling, cross-country, golf, football, swimming, track, tennis, volleyball, wrestling and softball. The extracurricular activities offered by the school include visual and performing arts, dramatics, photography and Spanish club.
