Established in 1933, East Fannin Elementary is an educational institution located in Morganton, Ga. It employs a staff of more than 35 teachers and paraprofessionals who conduct classes in math, science, social studies and English. The institution enrolls students in kindergarten through grade five and offers learning sessions in computer applications and technology studies. East Fannin Elementary also has a parent-teacher organization that organizes several fundraising activities and events. In addition, it organizes talent shows, parent nights, book fairs, pool parties and field trips. The institution additionally conducts speech and language classes and maintains a media center that stocks books under several titles. East Fannin Elementary is a part of Fannin County School System, which operates Fannin County Middle School and Fannin County High School.
