Ardmore United Methodist Church is diverse and open-minded. The Church's outlook is that all members of the congregation are ministers. During Sunday morning service, child care is available, and during the summer, fellowship and refreshments are served on the patio.
Founded in 1895, Zion Baptist Church of Ardmore is presided over by Reverend Dr. James Pollard, Sr. A convenient and scenic location with plenty of on-street parking, it sits across a community park with tennis courts. There are many opportunities to serve at Zion Baptist with their involvement in different missions such as the Ladies Aid Ministry, Missionary Circle and the Homeless Ministry. The church also supports the Scholarship Ministry, the Flower Club, Building Fund, Anniversary Committee, and Nurses Unit.
The core purpose of Missionary Sisters of Holy Rosary is plain and simply, missioning. Wherever the need may be, with peoples poor or maltreated, the missionary sisters are eager to help. Missions also involve working in agriculture, healthcare, education and administration. This group believes that whatever its mission, it is guided by prayer. Saint Paul's Lutheran Church is a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. Located in Ardmore, Saint Paul's financially supports many ministries throughout the community. Additionally, the Church often reaches outside of its local area, providing for those in need across the world. Church members are also actively involved in philanthropic work; once a month church members provide food to nearly 200 homeless people.

Founded in 1906, Mt. Calvary Baptist Church is located on a peaceful residential street. Reverend Albert G. Davis, Jr. presides over the congregation. Free on-street parking is available. Church services are open to the public. Mt. Calvary also offers youth programs and study groups for those who are interested. Bible studies are held Wednesday evenings at 7pm. Prayer meetings are held Wednesday evenings at 8pm.

The First Presbyterian Church of Ardmore, founded in 1907, warmly invites you to visit for Sunday worship. The church fosters a close community, and encourages new friendships and the strengthening of old ones through fellowship groups. New members are welcome to all groups, which meet periodically throughout the year: KeenAgers, Adult Fellowship, and Young Adult Fellowship. Built in 1946, this Christian Science Reading Room is operated by members of the First Church of Christ, Scientist, Ardmore. It is open to the public daily where anyone can come in to purchase the Christian Science Monitor and other Christian Science publications. A quiet study room is available to read writings by the founder of Christian Science, Mary Baker Eddy, as well as borrow books about spirituality and healing through prayer. Church services are held every Sunday at 10:30am and Wednesday at 8pm, where elected Readers read from the Bible and the Christian Science textbook, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy. All individuals are welcome.
St. George's is a family-centered parish serving the Ardmore community and surrounding areas. In loving service, St. George's Outreach Committee has operations locally, nationally and internationally. Charitable operations such as food drives for homeless families, mission trips to New Orleans and Aids for Friends, which supports elderly shut-ins, are among the many caring acts of St. George's. St. Colman Church hosts mass daily as well as confession services on Saturdays and Sundays. Ministries include altar servers, choir, cantors and lectors. To make an appointment for baptisms, anointing of the sick and weddings, be sure to call the number provided.
Saint Mary's Episcopal Church was founded in 1883. Reverend Judith L. Rhodes presides over the present-day congregation. She is the fifteenth rector, and the first woman to preside. Saint Mary's is heavily involved in community outreach activities. Five key areas are The Interfaith Hospitality Network; Womanspace; global outreach to Uganda and ministry to prisoners; involvement with a children's school in East Uganda; and the PowerTools Ministry, involving hands-on small carpentry projects, landscaping, painting, mission trips and building of houses. Play & Learn Daycare is on the premises, but not affiliated with Saint Mary's.
Ardmore Food Pantry, staffed by parish members and community volunteers, provides meals on Mondays and Wednesdays, 9am - 11am and Thursday, 6pm - 8pm.
Bethel AME Church is located in Ardmore on a small residential street. The Reverend Albert Johnson presides over the congregation. It has Sunday school at 9:30am and morning worship at 10:30am.
