Founded in 1895, Zion Baptist Church of Ardmore is presided over by Reverend Dr. James Pollard, Sr. A convenient and scenic location with plenty of on-street parking, it sits across a community park with tennis courts.  There are many opportunities to serve at Zion Baptist with their involvement in different missions such as the Ladies Aid Ministry, Missionary Circle and the Homeless Ministry. Saint Paul's Lutheran Church is a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.  Located in Ardmore, Saint Paul's financially supports many ministries throughout the community. Additionally, the Church often reaches outside of its local area, providing for those in need across the world. Church members are also actively involved in philanthropic work; once a month church members provide food to nearly 200 homeless people.

A nursery is available for Sunday morning service.

A men's bible study is held on Saturday mornings at 8:30am.

Built in 1946, this Christian Science Reading Room is operated by members of the First Church of Christ, Scientist, Ardmore. It is open to the public daily where anyone can come in to purchase the Christian Science Monitor and other Christian Science publications. A quiet study room is available to read writings by the founder of Christian Science, Mary Baker Eddy, as well as borrow books about spirituality and healing through prayer. Church services are held every Sunday at 10:30am and Wednesday at 8pm, where elected Readers read from the Bible and the Christian Science textbook, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy. All individuals are welcome.

Saint Mary's Episcopal Church was founded in 1883. Reverend Judith L. Rhodes presides over the present-day congregation. She is the fifteenth rector, and the first woman to preside. Saint Mary's is heavily involved in community outreach activities. Five key areas are The Interfaith Hospitality Network; Womanspace; global outreach to Uganda and ministry to prisoners; involvement with a children's school in East Uganda; and the PowerTools Ministry, involving hands-on small carpentry projects, landscaping, painting, mission trips and building of houses. Play & Learn Daycare is on the premises, but not affiliated with Saint Mary's.

Ardmore Food Pantry, staffed by parish members and community volunteers, provides meals on Mondays and Wednesdays, 9am - 11am and Thursday, 6pm - 8pm.
