Led by Pastor Lisa Dietrich, Fredsville Evangelical Lutheran Church was founded by the area’s Danish community in 1871. This Christian church offers many fellowship and outreach ministries, such as choir, children's activities, vacation Bible School, music and youth programs. The church collects and gives to many organizations that survive through charitable donations, such as a women's shelter and a children's home, and gives financial support to multiple other Christian organizations.
Sunday worship service is at 9:30am and Sunday school is at 10:25am. Children are given activity bags with snacks in them during worship services.

Since 1952, St. Timothy's has been involved in worship, education and ministries. Under the leadership of Rev. Linda Butler, the congregation proclaims to be a faith community of God's people centered in the love and teachings of Jesus Christ who value inclusiveness and diversity. The Iowa District East Office of the Lutheran Church: Missouri Synod was formed in 1954. This office serves 119 congregations and almost 44,000 members in eastern Iowa. The organization is a mission-oriented, Bible-based, confessional Christian group. The congregations work to spread the love of Christ through word and service. The current District President is the Rev. Brian Saunders.
At St. Luke's, Christian members congregate for worship, ministries and local and international community service work. Their worship is based in the Book of Common Prayer. They unite in ministries such as a Eucharist, healing prayer, a prayer circle, a choir and Christian education. The community services provided by the congregation include uniting with other Christian organizations in hosting community meal programs, flood projects and embarking on international missions. Twice annually, the church invites the Cedar Falls/Waterloo communities in to walk St. Luke's labyrinth.

The First United Methodist Church – which is located at 723 Washington St. in downtown Cedar Falls – offers parking at a special parking lot. This parking lot can be found at the corner of Clay St. and 7th St., which is behind the church. The entrance is on 7th St, while the exit is on Clay St. The lot can be used during church. There is a concrete path leading from the lot to the church.
Ankeny United Church of Christ is a Protestant congregational church affiliated with the United Church of Christ (UCC). The staff here at the Ankeny United Church of Christ says that this church goes out of its way to welcome potential new members. The church stays active in the community through cooperative volunteer programs like hunger aid and relief, as well as adult and children's bible studies.
Grace Baptist Church and Academy is led by Pastor Dr. Cecil Ballard. The academy offers education and fitness programs for children. The church holds several congregational gatherings throughout the week. Sunday activities include Christian education and Bible study at 10am, preaching services at 11am, Teen Challenge at 5:50pm and an evening service at 6:30pm. On Wednesday evening, the church offers a prayer meeting at 6:30pm and a family Bible study at 7pm.
Grace Baptist is equipped with its own transportation buses and the grounds feature a park and playground. The congregation is a supporter of the Signal Sixty-three effort.
This is a religious institution located in central West Des Moines. Hillel Foundation, also known as Hillel House, is located on the edge of the University of Iowa campus. It offers members of the Jewish faith a positive, friendly place to hang out. Students enjoy a beautiful garden, a Judaic library, a Kosher kitchen and cafeteria, lounges, Internet access and computers. The staff hosts religious services, holiday dinners, lectures and other activities.
Iowa Korean United Methodist Church offers Sunday worship in both English and Korean. The congregation strives to nurture members' faith through worship, fellowship and outreach ministries. Ministries are available for youths, young adults and teens.
The Westview Church is a Christian religious institute serving the community of Waukee and the surrounding area. The church believes in a developing a "Vertical" relationship with God which includes prayer and serving others. The church has a strong youth program and takes as many mission trips as possible.
This small campground is located along Jordan Creek on the south side of town. Jordan Park Camp is owned and managed by the Walnut Creek Community Church of nearby Windsor Heights. The camp is open seasonally for day camps, conventions and group outings. The facility features a large auditorium that is used for church services, other events and rental reservations.
