PLUS is a rehabilitation center located in Galloway, N.J. The center was started in 1985. It provides community-based care for people in more than 60 licensed group homes and apartments. The center offers a wide range of individual and group therapeutic and retraining opportunities. It provides various day programs, such as Community Readiness, Community Activities and Independent Program. Its residential programs offer personal hygiene, nutrition, self-medication, stress and money management, and health care. The center provides a full range of outpatient neurorehabilitation services that include behavioral counseling, abuse and social services, and neuropsychiatric assessment and treatment. It also offers various therapies, including cognitive, physical, speech and occupational therapy. The center additionally provides independent living program, long-term services, vocational and educational opportunities, and home and community-based services.
