Steps, located in Victoria, Va., is a private, nonprofit organization that provides job training for individuals with disabilities and welfare recipients to become fully integrated, tax paying members of their local communities. Steps has received accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities for various programs, such as employment and planning, employee development, organizational employment, job development, job-site training and job support.
