Throughout the years, Jack has been very involved in the Valley Home Builders Association including two presidential terms, and has made sure to keep his finger on the pulse of the industry. His involvement with all aspects of the company continues today. * While growing up on job sites watching his father and his skilled craftsman distinctively form each new home from sticks and nails, Brett Griffin knew that building homes would have some sort of role in his futu re. After going off to college to get a degree in finance and economics (and meet the love of his life, Amy see below), it became quite clear that home building wouldn t just play a role in his future it would nearly define it. His background and education combined perfectly to prepare him for the equally diverse responsibility as the owner of such a dynamic family-based company. * Sue Griffin -spent a good amount of time and energy over the first twenty-some years managing the office.
