The Bozzuto Group provides housing for purchase and rent in locations in the Mid-Atlantic United States. The group consists of six companies with the synergy necessary to create remarkable environments and housing. These companies include Bozzuto Homes, Bozzuto Development, Bozzuto Management, Bozzuto Construction and Bozzuto Landscaping. In 1988, its founding partners, Tom Bozzuto, John Slidell, Rick Mostyn and Bernard Lubcher, formed the company to build and manage apartment homes. Using their extensive experience in real estate development, construction and management they committed to build creative living spaces while being sensitive to the environment. Since that time the company has expanded into home building, mortgage banking and commercial landscaping. The Bozzuto Group is headquartered in Greenbelt, Md.
