Tom is a native of Hastings, Nebraska and a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Salesperson Seth White earned a B.S. in Business Administration, graduating with Highest Distinction from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in May of 2004. He was a Letterman and a First-team Academic All-Big XII performer as a member of the football team at Nebraska. Seth was born and raised in Lincoln. He has been a licensed real estate salesperson since January 2005 and is currently working on his CCIM Real Estate designation. Salesperson Zach White specializes in the valuation and marketing of commercial investment properties in Lincoln, NE. Zach is a native of Lincoln, NE. He graduated from The University of California at Santa Barbara with a degree in Film Studies. After college and a brief stint in the entertainment industry, Zach decided to pursue a real estate career. Zach began his real estate career working in high-end commercial real estate in Los Angeles, CA while working for Grubb & Ellis. In late 2004 he moved to Miami and started Aventura Development Group, LLC. This company was involved in land development and investment sales & leasing in South Florida. Zach also worked as Director of Gray & Associates Properties, Inc Commercial Real Estate Division. The real world knowledge and experience Zach has gained over the years are what help make his business a success and allows him to help his clients. As an agent, Zach has been involved in transactions involving multifamily, commercial and industrial properties, as well as land for development. His background in development, financial analysis and syndication has made him an effective agent of investment and value-added real estate. Zach lives in Lincoln, NE with his wife Andrea, son Koa and their English bulldog Zelda. He has a real estate license in the states of California, Florida & Nebraska.
