Quadwalls was the idea of a practicing, main-street, full-time, everyday, mid-western real estate agent. He joined the industry after he had sold his first home. He experienced high-fees, poor customer service, and weak representation. After less than a year in the business he saw an old, stuffy business where level agents and real estate brokers are trying to hold on to a traditional, expensive-to-the-consumer model.
