She has been involved in property management since 1992 and has owned and operated her own property management business, servicing approximately 170 properties across the Florida panhandle from Niceville to Navarre. Janet also has extensive experience in the new construction aspect of the business and has even served her time in the title insurance part of real estate as well. As a lifelong resident of Okaloosa County, Jill Coon is very familiar with the area as well as the resources the area has to offer. Jill got her start in real estate by working in the title industry for 3 years at a local title company.
