Ranchos Elementary School is a coeducational institution that conducts classes in a variety of subjects, such as reading, language arts, math, science, social studies, history, and health and physical education. It employs a staff of more than 45 full-time certified teachers and paraprofessionals that includes computer tutors, educational assistants, Title I aides, speech pathologists, special educators, media specialists, art and music professionals, custodians and fitness instructors. Ranchos Elementary School also conducts special classes in the English a Second Language program. The school is a part of Taos Municipal Schools and is located in Ranchos De Taos, N.M. Ranchos Elementary School has an annual enrollment of over 375 students in prekindergarten through fifth grade.
