Beechwood School is one of the three schools which, along with Deerfield and Governor Livingston, make up the Mountainside school district.
Students from pre-kindergarten to 2nd grade attend Beechwood before moving on to Deerfield and then to Governor Livingston for high school.
School officials say their goals are "to have our children excited about coming to school, feeling positive about learning and about themselves, and interacting with other children and adults in a productive manner."
