The following rules and regulations have been adopted for the best interest of the entire membership of the club. Each committees chairperson will welcome any comment or suggestion by the membership. It is requested that these be submitted in writing and, although unnecessary, contain a name and contact information in the event clarification is necessary proper consideration may be given. All rules and regulations must be approved by the Board of Directors and are contained in this document. Rules and regulations listed below to supersede all previous revisions of the rules and regulations. The General Manager is charged with the responsibility of executing the rules and regulations of the club. The decisions of the General Manager are final. The conduct of a member detrimental to the good order, welfare, or reputation of the club is a violation of the clubs Bylaws. A member guilty of such conduct is subject to penalties handed down by the Board of Directors. Employees of the club shall not be reprimanded by any members, visitors, or guests. Any complaints should be reported to the General Manager or the Golf Professional. No property shall be removed from the club premises without specific permission from the General Manager. Any property of the club damaged, mutilated, or lost by a member, a member of his family, or his guest shall be paid for by such member. The club will not, under any circumstances be responsible for the property of members, visitors, guests, or other persons brought on the club premises. No member, guest, or visitor may be permitted to bring food, beverages, or refreshments of any character on the club premises, unless authorized by the General Manager. No beverages, except those provided by the club shall be consumed on the club premises. Package goods may not be opened on the club premises, except on planned authorized occasions. All beverages will be served by the drink from the bar. Reservations for any special club function shall be made well in advance with the General Manager or the Golf Professional. No raffle, except for the purposes of the club, shall be permitted in the clubhouse or on the premises. No subscription or collections of any character, except for club purposes, shall be permitted. Any member, who attempts to use his membership to influence any club employee in the purchase of supplies for the club, shall be considered to be performing misconduct and subject to penalties handed down by the Board of Directors. Members shall be able to create a Charge Ticket (tab ) for consolidation of purchases within one day. Members are responsible for signing their Charge Tickets on a daily basis. If the member fails to sign the Charge Ticket, the sale will be logged, notes added, and brought to the attention of the General Manager. All Charge Tickets that are NOT paid on the date the charge is made will be recorded by the General Manager and billed on a monthly basis. Monthly bills may be paid by mail or to the General Manager. Any questions regarding monthly bills must be directed to the General Manager. No members, visitors, or guests will be permitted in the service departments of the club without the permission of the General Manager, except members of the board and members of the committees whose functions involve the service department. There will be no restrictions on members bringing guests to the club; however, the number of guests may be limited on special occasions. Limitations on the number of guests must be approved by the General Manager. Only members, guests of members or authorized guests of the club shall be allowed club privileges. In the event of any violations of the rules and regulations of Pass Christian Isles Golf Club by a guest, such guest may be denied club privileges permanently as determined by the Board of Directors. Located in Pass Christian, Miss., Pineville Elementary serves more than 220 students in kindergarten through grade six. Its academic curriculum includes English, math, science, social science, and health and physical education. Pineville Elementary also offers a range of special education programs and services for students with special needs.
