Roanoke-Benson Junior High School is a learning center that provides academic instructions to students in grades five through eight. The school offers academic education in science, English, geography, technology education, language arts, reading, grammar, art, and health and physical education. Roanoke-Benson Junior High School employs a staff of full-time classroom teachers, paraprofessionals, reading assistants, librarians and guidance counselors. It has a guidance department that monitors the students progress in their classes and assists them in meeting their academic goals. In addition, the school provides food and medical services.
