Established in 1973, Sioux Center High School serves students in grades nine through 12 and offers a variety of academic and extracurricular programs. Its academic curriculum includes English, mathematics, science, social studies, computer applications, business technology, and physical and health education. The high school also provides a fine arts program that offers students a variety of opportunities in vocal and instrumental music, dance and visual arts. It provides a wide variety of facilities, including a theatre, gymnasium, baseball and softball diamonds, football field, eight-lane track, indoor swimming pool, computer laboratories and media center. The school offers various sports programs, including baseball, softball, basketball, cheerleading, cross country, football, golf, track, volleyball and wrestling. Located in Sioux Center, Iowa, the high school is operated by the Sioux Center Community School.
