Nome Beltz Jr-Sr High School, also known as NBHS, is a learning facility that provides a range of educational services for students in grades seven through 12. It organizes several sports activities that include volleyball, wrestling, basketball and swimming. The school also offers guidance counseling solutions. Nome Beltz Jr-Sr High School provides the Nome JROTC Program. It additionally offers food and transportation services. The school provides classes in language arts, science, math, social studies, physical education and English. Nome Beltz Jr-Sr High School also offers special education programs for gifted and talented students. It provides extracurricular activities in choir and band. The school operates a drama club and student council and offers membership opportunities in the National Honor Society. Nome Beltz Jr-Sr High School is a part of Nome Public Schools.
