Founded in 1994, Three Lower Counties Community Services, also known as TLCCS, is a nonprofit community health center that provides primary care, medical and dental services. The community serves Somerset, Wicomico and Worcester counties in Maryland. It provides assessment, nutritional counseling, case management, referral, care planning, advocacy and monitoring services. Three Lower Counties Community Services provides services in the fields of adult medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics, gynecology and mental health. It works in collaboration with various businesses, nonprofit organizations and governmental agencies. The community additionally offers outreach, supportive counseling, collaboration and consultation services. Three Lower Counties Community Services is accredited by The Joint Commission. Located in Princess Annie, Md., it maintains its corporate headquarters in Salisbury, Md.
