Mamaroneck United Methodist Church has been a beacon of faith in southern Westchester for over two centuries, going as far back as the American Revolution. Located directly on Boston Post Road in Mamaroneck in a highly distinguishable and historic Church, Mamaroneck United Methodist offers a legacy of tradition that is still going strong.
Originally a mission of the Blessed Sacrament church in New Rochelle, the Most Holy Trinity Church was incorporated as an independent parish in 1874. The church building, built in 1886, is known for its beautiful stained glass windows.
The current pastor is the Rev. Joseph F. Irwin.
St. John's Lutheran Church is located on Fenimore Road at Cortlandt Avenue in Mamaroneck. The Church's rich history dates back to 1907, when members would meet in each other's homes for prayer. The building itself was built in 1913. Interestingly, the Skirmish of Heathcote Hill, a battle George Washington won during the Revolutionary War, occurred here and is represented by a historic plaque outside.
The church features several outstanding community outreach programs, including a food pantry, which collects food donations for distribution to local families. The Red Chair Project, as featured in the Larchmont Gazette, "transforms homes for the needy" in similar fashion to home-remodeling reality shows, except that all furniture, materials and labor is acquired through local donations and volunteering.
Another yearly program St. John's features is the Christmas Angels seasonal gift-giving program, which provides gifts for families who would otherwise be without. There are also a number of small interest/spiritual-based groups that meet regularly in the church throughout the year, and are open to the parish. These include: Prayer Chain Ministry, Shepherd's Staff, Usher's & Greeter's Ministry, Music Ministry, Soul Shine, Women's Prayer Group and Sews 'n Sews.

Founded in 1817, St. Thomas Episcopal Church is the oldest congregation in Mamaroneck. The church has been very active in the community ever since, offering numerous outreach programs and sponsoring several educational initiatives, including Sunday School for children during services.
The current church was built in 1886, and the St. Thomas complex stands as the only example of contiguous 19th century architecture in Mamaroneck. The church has also operated a thrift shop since 1928.
St. Thomas Episcopal Church is led by Pastor Deborah Tammearu and Deacon Lynn Werdal.
Victory Temple Pentecostal Church is led by Pastor Richard Sullins. The church holds Sunday morning worship services, Tuesday evening prayer services and Friday evening Evangelistic services. Sunday school and Bible study are also offered.
St. Vito's Church is a Roman Catholic Church located on Underhill Avenue in Mamaroneck. It was originally founded by southern Italian immigrants who named the parish after St. Vitus. Although damaged by a flood in 2007, the church has since been restored.
The Christian Science Reading Room is centrally located on Mamaroneck Avenue. Visitors are welcome to study, borrow or purchase Christian Science literature, which is also available in Spanish.
