Centerpoint Church offers Sunday services at 10:45 a.m. The 75-minute casual services for adults are designed to inspire members no matter where they are in their journey with God, and include contemporary music by the Centerpoint Band with creative media and relevant teachings. A Kid Zone is available for newborns to 2-year-olds and a Promiseland ministry is geared for children age 3 to fifth grade. For youth grade six through 12, there is a Velocity ministry, soon to be called ReGeneration, which meets Wednesdays at 7 p.m. Coffee is served in the cafe in the church lobby before services starting at 10:20 a.m. as well as after services. Dress is casual. The mission at Centerpoint is to lead people into a relationship with Jesus Christ. To assist members, the church offers a variety of small groups, including a group for adults with children, a group for young adults, a single parents group, a women's Bible study group and a men's Bible study group. The church also offers a Financial Peace University twice a year for 13 weeks and Starting Point for those who have questions about faith or are new to faith.
The Zion Worship Center is a multi-cultural church of believers in Jesus Christ. A Bible-center ministry, the church exists to meet the need of the people the way Jesus did. It offers a Malayalam service on Sundays at 9 am, an English service on Sundays at 11:15am and an urban youth outreach service on Sundays at 1:45pm with the Rev. Anthony Perez.
In addition, each Friday at 7:45pm, the church hosts the Smoke House, a get-together for urban youth. Bible study is offered Tuesday and Thursday at 7 pm.
The Bell Shoals Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is home to the Brandon Stake. It has about 500 members, led by President Mark Bernhisel. The facilities include an auditorium with an indoor basketball court and the Family History Center, where residents can do genealogical research.
Victory Baptist Church offers services on Sundays at 10am, 11am and 6pm and on Wednesdays at 7pm. Its mission is to connect all people with Christ, His community and His calling.
The church offers a nursery, a children's church and Noah's Park, a children's Bible study for youngsters in kindergarten through sixth grade, which meets on Wednesdays at 7 pm in Victory House. HOPE of Victory is the mission's arm of Victory Baptist Church. Its purpose is to help the poor, reach out to the community in need, plant new churches and evangelize around the world. It has a Voices of Victory church choir for adults and teens as well as the Lil' Voices of Victory children's choir, which practices on Sundays at 6pm.
CrossWalk is the youth ministry, featuring activities such as camping trips, classes and worship. Victory Baptist Church shares its facility with Brandon Lord's Church.
The Palms Community Church is a religious institution serving Valrico and the surrounding areas. Living Savior Lutheran Church is a member of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod. Celebration Church of Brandon's guiding principle is "Loving God, Loving Others and Serving the World. To that end, the Rev. John Odom offers services with music each Sunday at 10 a.m. A children's Promiseland ministry, featuring upbeat Bible programs for kids, is available at the same time as the service. The church also offers an AWANA ministry for children age 3 to eighth grade each Sunday from 1:30pm to 3pm featuring foundational teaching, games, a Bible-centered handbook and club activities. A youth ministry, called The House, meets each Wednesday for worship at 7:30pm followed by food, games, Bible study and just hanging out at 8:30pm. Celebration also has small men's and women's Bible study groups, which meet at various times and locales. The church is especially proud of its on-site elementary school, Valrico Lake Advantage Academy. Its mission is to provide students with a well-rounded education through a challenging program focused on math and science, using innovative, reform-based instruction. The academy is a free, open-enrollment public charter school for children from kindergarten through fifth grade.
Originally founded in 1973 as the First Pentecostal Church, HighPoint Church of Brandon officially changed its name in October of 2005. Building renovations have resulted in a Sunday School rooms, a youth activity center, a fellowship hall, a commercial kitchen and a full basement. Led by Pastor Mejean and Bishop Goldsberry, this family-oriented, bible-based congregation's primary purpose is to help people reach "the high point in their walk with Christ." Members can take advantage of Sunday school, praise, worship and WORD - Women's Ministry of HighPoint. Adult bible study and youth service are also available. A nursery is also available starting at 7:45am on Sunday mornings for babies and children (newborns to three years old) and older children (three to seven) attend 'Joy Time' and are then brought into the church to receive communion or blessing.
