Prayer Wonderful Mercy is a praying church! Prayer is at the heart of who and what we are, and prayer covers and empowers every ministry of our church. God is building us into a house of prayer, a place of love and power and healing.House of Prayer Our church has a mandate from the Lord to become a house of prayer. As Isaiah 56: 7 states, "" my house will be called a house of prayer for all nations." Rooms of Prayer We believe that every persons home is a Room of Prayer in the House of Prayer Wonderful Mercy Church. We desire to be a people who go to each others homes to receive prayer and encouragement as often as possible.In the back of the sanctuary is a giant wall calendar where every month people are asked to sign up for one or more days of prayer. During this time people will either open their home where anyone can come for prayer, or the leadership might ask that prayer be going on in homes for a specific purpose.Theophostic Prayer Theophostic prayer is a ministry for anyone desiring freedom from darkness. These trained prayer teams help lead people to Jesus, which exposes the lies of the enemy, and brings the truth that heals. This is done in a loving and safe environment by scheduled appointment.
