Synergy, "The Future of Fitness for Women," provides the equipment, instruction and support system that a woman needs to succeed, whether you are looking to tone up or trim down. Synergy's knowledgeable and friendly staff strives to assist in leading you down the path to a healthier and happier you. Classes are led by professional and certified instructors. Included in your membership is access to spinning, step, boxercise and weight training. Yoga, Pilates and X-treme Fitness are offered for an additional fee.
For your convenience, Synergy also offers free child care Monday through Saturday for all members.
