Memphis Jewish Home is a nonprofit nursing home offering various health care programs and services. Opened as the Bnai Brith Home in 1927 and rededicated in 1992 as Memphis Jewish Home, the facility has been part of the Memphis community for more than 75 years. Its more than 145,000-square-foot facility is located on an over 75-acre park-like setting. The facility features more than 150 beds to provide long- and short-term care services. Additionally, it offers outpatient rehabilitation for seniors. Therapy services are provided by Bazeberry Rehab and Wellness, a division of Memphis Jewish Home. Its rehabilitation services and facilities include discipline specific assessments, individualized goal setting, plan of care and treatment, and customized meal plans. It also provides daily monitoring of clinical care, ongoing assessment of progress, a variety of activities, and physician and nurse practitioner consultations.
