Birdtown CrossFit offers full-body, functional movement workouts that are scalable so that people of all ages and fitness levels can be accomodated. Workouts feature kettlebells, body weight exercises, medicine balls and much more. Free workouts are available on Saturdays, and a fundamentals program is available for those new to CrossFit.
