SoWal Pilates is a fully equipped state-of-the-art Pilates Studio located in Santa Rosa Beach, FL right on 30A. We offer Privates, Semi-Privates, and Group Mat Classes and The Booty Barre. We strive for excellence and to bring the best Pilates experience to our clients. Our goal is to enhance peoples overall health and well-being. We want to develop and increase body awareness which clients can integrate to improve their daily lives. We are equipped with Reformers, Spine Correctors, Wunda Chairs, a Ladder Barrel, and a Trapeze Table so that we may use whichever piece of apparatus is most suited for your specific needs.
