Parking, Inc. was incorporated in 1959 to consolidate and expand the parking operation of Keck Motor Service, first established in Des Moines in 1941. Parking Inc. has served hundreds of owners, business firms, hospitals, schools, and other institutions in establishing improved parking and access control systems in Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, Kansas, South Dakota, North Dakota and Missouri. Currently, Keck operates 30 different parking lots and facilities in the Des Moines Area Metropolitan. In addition to our parking operations, the company offers for sale a wide range of parking and construction services, equipment and materials including line marking, power sweeping, snow removal, signs, parking conusltant and maintenance services.
